Submission Guidelines

Submitting abstracts and papers should be made with the idea that they have not been previously published and are exclusively being reviewed by this journal. For further guidance on the journal's policy and ethical considerations, please read the JHE policy and ethics available at https://mkas.journals.ekb.eg. The primary author is responsible for obtaining approval from all other coauthors for publication. The primary author ensures that the article possesses the requisite institutional clearances.

Peer Review

The process of peer review is an integral component of academic publishing. It involves the evaluation of scholarly work by experts in the same field.

Every submitted abstract and/or paper undergo evaluation and peer review to verify its suitability and technical accuracy. For an abstract and/or paper to be deemed suitable for publication, the conference editors will initially evaluate its adherence to minimum editing criteria and alignment with the conference's thematic focus and subject matter. Assume an abstract and/or article pertains to the given thematic context. In this scenario, the editor should seek the input of at least two external peer reviewers, whose identities will be kept confidential from the authors. These reviewers will evaluate the abstract and/or article before making a final determination regarding acceptance or rejection.

The conference editors adhere to a double-blind reviewing process. Hence, it is recommended that authors submit an abstract and/or article in a blinded format, wherein author names and affiliations are omitted from the text and title page. The frequency of self-identifying citations and references inside the article text should be limited to three instances.
