Accommodation and Conference Location

The conference will be held in one of Sharm El Sheikh's five-star hotels, costing 3500 EGP per person in a double room (whether participant or companion) for Egyptians and USD 300 for non-Egyptians. Single and triple accommodations will be available if needed; please get in touch with the conference's Executive Manager via e-mail (mohamed.ismail@hec.menofia.edu.eg).

The stay lasts three nights and four days and includes three meals per day and all of the hotel's complimentary services. The check-in time is February 27 between 2 and 4 p.m., and the check-out time is March 1 at 12 a.m.

 

The name and location of the hotel, as well as an access map, will be announced shortly.

 

Transportation

Participants and their companions will be transported by bus from Shebin El-Kom and Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh (round-trip). Non-participants or non-accompanying persons will be charged 500 pounds for round-trip transportation (if available).

Please keep in mind that the conference does not provide transportation to and from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport.
